Ingredients
  

  • chicken wings
  • vegetable oil
  • salt and black pepper
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • soy sauce
  • brown sugar
  • garlic powder
  • white vinegar
  • red pepper
  • sesame seeds
  • onion
  • ginger powder
  • kechup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  • In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with vegetable oil, salt, and pepper until they are evenly coated.
  • Place the wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring they are not crowded.
    Bake in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and crispy, turning them over halfway through cooking.
  • While the wings are baking, prepare the sticky sauce. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger powder, and red pepper flakes.
  • Stir the sauce well and bring it to a simmer. Allow it to simmer for about 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and becomes sticky. Remove it from the heat.
  • Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl.
    Pour the sticky sauce over the wings and toss them until they are thoroughly coated with the sauce.
  • Place the saucy wings on a serving platter and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.
    Serve the sticky wings immediately while they're hot and enjoy!
