Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups warm water
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
 

Activate the Yeast: In a small bowl, combine the warm water and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves

  • Sprinkle the yeast over the water-sugar mixture and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

Mix the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.

  • Pour the yeast mixture, milk, and melted butter into the dry ingredients. Mix everything together until a dough forms.

Knead the Dough: Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead it for about 8-10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic

    First Rise: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a kitchen towel or plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm, draft-free place for about 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.

    • .Shape the Rolls: Punch down the risen dough and divide it into 12 equal portions. Shape each portion into a round ball and place them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

    Second Rise: Cover the rolls with a kitchen towel and let them rise again for about 30 minutes.

    • Preheat and Bake: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
    • Cool and Enjoy:Allow the bread rolls to cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.
