This recipe yields a creamy and sweet banana smoothie that's perfect for breakfast, a midday snack, or even a post-workout refresher. With just a few basic ingredients and a blender, you can whip up this delightful treat in no time.

Ingredients
  

  • banana
  • plain yogurt
  • milk
  • honey
  • ice cubes
  • agave syrup

Instructions
 

  • Peel the ripe bananas and break them into chunks. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, you can slice and freeze the bananas beforehand.
  • Place the banana chunks in a blender.
  • Add the plain yogurt or Greek yogurt to the blender.
  • Pour in the milk of your choice. Adjust the amount of milk based on your desired consistency.
  • For a thicker smoothie, use less milk; for a thinner smoothie, use more milk.
  • If you want a sweeter smoothie, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of agave syrup or maple syrup.
  • If you prefer your smoothie to be colder, you can add a handful of ice cubes to the blender.
  • Blend all the ingredients together until you have a smooth and creamy mixture. If your smoothie is too thick, you can add more milk and blend again.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or thickness by adding more agave, milk, or ice cubes if needed.
  • Once you're satisfied with the taste and consistency, pour the banana smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
