Instructions
- Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the pork chops and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side or until they develop a golden-brown crust.
- Remove the pork chops from the pan and set them aside.
- In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
