- Cook your choice of breakfast protein (bacon, sausage) according to package instructions. If using vegetables, sauté them in a skillet until they are tender.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs until the yolks and whites are well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and lightly coat it with cooking spray or a small amount of butter.
- Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet. Let them cook undisturbed for a moment, then gently stir occasionally until they reach your desired level of doneness. Remove from heat.
