Cinnamon bun recipe
Cinnamon buns, also known as cinnamon rolls, are a popular baked treat made from a sweet yeast dough. The dough is rolled out, spread with a mixture of cinnamon, sugar, and often butter, and then rolled up into a log shape. The log is sliced into individual buns, which are then placed close together in a baking dish and baked until they're golden brown and fragrant. Cinnamon buns are often enjoyed for breakfast or as a dessert, and they're typically topped with a glaze, icing, or frosting, adding an extra layer of sweetness to the already flavorful and aromatic treat.

Notes
One important thing to note when making cinnamon buns is to not overheat the milk mixture for activating the yeast. The temperature should be between 120-130°F (49-54°C). If the mixture is too hot, it can kill the yeast and prevent proper rising of the dough. Using a kitchen thermometer to check the temperature is a good practice to ensure the yeast is properly activated without damaging it.
