Ingredients
  

  • avocado
  • bacon
  • salt and pepper
  • chili flakes
  • parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cut the ripe avocado into bite-sized pieces. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Take a half-slice of bacon and gently wrap it around each avocado piece, securing it with a toothpick. Repeat for all the avocado slices.
  • In a frying pan over medium heat, place the bacon-wrapped avocado bites. Cook until the bacon is crispy and golden brown on all sides, turning as needed. This usually takes about 5-7 minutes.
  • Once cooked, transfer the bites to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
