  • salt and black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently to incorporate the spices.
  • Divide the seasoned beef mixture into small portions and shape them into mini patties that are slightly larger than the slider buns.
  • Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Place the patties on the hot skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked to your desired level of doneness. If using cheese, place a slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking and cover with a lid to melt.
