  • paprika
  • pea and carrot mix
  • parsley
  • thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • vegetable broth
  • tomatoes paste
  • ground cumin
  • bell pepper

  • Stir in the minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, ground coriander (if using), dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the diced bell pepper (if using) and frozen peas and carrots mix to the skillet. Sauté for a few minutes until the vegetables start to soften.
  • Gently fold in the diced potatoes, ensuring they are evenly distributed among the meat and vegetables.
  • Add the tomato paste to the skillet and mix well, coating the meat and vegetables with its rich flavor.
  • Pour the beef or vegetable broth into the skillet, providing enough liquid to partially cover the meat and vegetables.
  • Cover the skillet with a lid and let the mixture simmer over medium-low heat for about 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and cooked through.
