Ingredients
  

  • mix seafood
  • olive oil
  • onions
  • garlic
  • paprika
  • pasta
  • bell pepper
  • white wine
  • sea food broth
  • parsley
  • red pepper flakes
  • lemon wedges
  • salt and black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet or pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the mixed seafood and cook for a few minutes until they are just seared and cooked. Remove the seafood from the pan and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Stir in the diced red and yellow bell peppers, and cook for a few minutes until they begin to soften.
  • Add the halved cherry tomatoes, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the tomatoes release their juices.
  • Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for a couple of minutes to reduce slightly.
  • Add the seafood or preferred broth to the skillet and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  • Return the seared seafood to the skillet and let everything simmer together for a few minutes until the seafood is heated through and the flavors meld.
