Ingredients
  

  • boneless meat of your choice (chicken, beef, lamb, or pork)
  • bell pepper (any color)
  • red onion
  • vegetable oil
  • cherry tomatoes
  • lemon juice
  • garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • paprika
  • cumin
  • cayenne pepper
  • coriander

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, ground coriander, ground turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the flavorful marinade.
  • Place the bite-sized meat pieces in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag.Pour the marinade over the meat and ensure that it is evenly coated. Cover the dish or seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to infuse.
  • Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  • Thread the marinated meat, bell pepper, onion, and tomatoes onto the skewers, alternating between meat and vegetables.
  • Place the assembled kebabs on the preheated grill or grill pan.Grill the kebabs for about 10-15 minutes, turning them occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
  • Once grilled to perfection, remove the kebabs from the grill and place them on a serving platter.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs like parsley, cilantro, or mint for added freshness and color.Serve the delectable Grilled Kebabs with lemon wedges on the side for a zesty touch.
