- In a non-stick pan or heavy-bottomed saucepan, melt the ghee over low heat.Add the milk powder to the pan and stir continuously to combine it with the ghee. The mixture will resemble coarse crumbs.
- Pour the heavy cream into the pan with the milk powder and ghee mixture.Stir well to combine, making sure there are no lumps.
- Add the granulated sugar and continue stirring until the sugar dissolves.
