  • paprika
  • black pepper
  • cayenne pepper
  • tomatoes paste
  • white rice
  • cilantro

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  • Add the finely chopped onions and minced garlic to the hot oil, and sauté until the onions become translucent and slightly golden, stirring occasionally.
  • Open the can of bully beef and empty its contents into the skillet with the sautéed onions and garlic.
  • Sprinkle ground cumin, ground paprika, ground black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using) over the bully beef and onion mixture.
  • Stir everything together to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.
  • Add the tomato paste to the skillet and mix it well with the bully beef and spices.
  • Pour one cup of water into the skillet, stirring gently to combine all the ingredients.
  • Lower the heat to medium-low and let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together and the sauce to thicken slightly.
