Ingredients
  

  • bonless chicken
  • olive oil
  • coriander
  • cumin
  • paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • pita bread
  • mayonaisse
  • ketch up
  • sweet pickle relish
  • white vinegar
  • shredded lettuce
  • sliced cucumber
  • sliced onions
  • sliced tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk everything together until well combined. Adjust the seasoning to your taste preference. Set the sauce aside.
  • In a grill pan or non-stick skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.Season the thinly sliced chicken or beef with ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Cook the seasoned meat in the hot pan until fully cooked and slightly charred, about 5-7 minutes for chicken and 3-5 minutes for beef. Remove from the heat and set aside.
  • If the pita bread rounds are not warm, you can quickly heat them in a microwave or warm oven to make them pliable for folding.
  • Lay a warmed pita bread round on a clean surface.Spread a generous amount of the prepared Special Sauce on the pita bread.
  • Place a portion of the cooked chicken or beef in the center of the pita.Top with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, and sliced red onions.
  • Fold the sides of the pita bread over the filling to create a sealed sandwich.
  • Serve the McDonald's Foldover immediately while it's still warm and enjoy this delicious homemade fast-food treat.
