- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent and fragrant.
- Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until they are browned on all sides. This helps to seal in the flavors and ensures a crispy skin.

- Once the pap is cooked, remove it from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Spoon a generous portion of the pap onto a plate or serving dish.Place a serving of the cooked chicken on top of the pap.
