Ingredients
  

  • amarula liqueur
  • sweetened condensed milk
  • heavy cream
  • whisky
  • instant coffee granules
  • vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a blender or food processor, combine the heavy cream, Amarula liqueur, sweetened condensed milk, whiskey (if using), instant coffee granules (if using), and vanilla extract. Blend until all the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and heat it over medium-low heat. Whisk or stir continuously until the mixture is heated through and begins to steam. Be careful not to let it boil.
  • Once heated, remove the saucepan from the heat and let the Amarula mixture cool to room temperature.
  • Once cooled, carefully pour the Amarula cream liqueur into glass bottles with airtight lids. Seal the bottles tightly.
  • Store the Amarula cream liqueur in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. The flavors will continue to develop over time.
