They are traditionally filled with ground pork and chicken breast mixed with finely chopped Prosciutto, Parmigiano Reggiano, and nutmeg. This baked tortellini recipe is cheese tortellini in a hearty meat sauce, all topped with cheese and baked to perfection. A super easy dinner that the whole family will love! Let’s get started.

Tortellini gratinated recipe

Tortellini gratinated refers to tortellini pasta that has been prepared in a gratin-style dish. It involves cooking tortellini pasta, typically filled with cheese, meat, or vegetables, and then placing it in a baking dish. The tortellini are topped with a layer of cheese, breadcrumbs, or a mixture of both, along with sometimes a drizzle of butter or olive oil. This dish is then baked or broiled in the oven until the top layer becomes golden brown and crispy, creating a deliciously crispy crust while keeping the pasta inside tender and flavorful. It's a delightful way to add a crunchy texture and enhance the taste of the tortellini dish.
