Ingredients
- broccoli florets, cut into bite-sized pieces
- red onion
- dried cranberries or raisins
- sunflower seeds
- crumbled bacon
Instructions
- Rinse the broccoli florets thoroughly under cold water and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
- Thinly slice the red onion, gather the dried cranberries or raisins, sunflower seeds or nuts, and crumbled bacon (if using).
- In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar or white vinegar, honey or maple syrup, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
