- dried egg noodles

- soy sauce
- oyster sauce
- sesame oil
- vegetable oil

Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until they're al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking. Toss with a bit of oil to prevent clumping and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine thinly sliced chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well and let it marinate for about 10-15 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.Add the marinated chicken to the hot skillet and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until it's cooked through and no longer pink. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil if needed. Add minced garlic and sliced onion, and stir-fry for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add julienned red bell pepper, carrot, and shredded cabbage to the skillet. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet with the stir-fried vegetables.Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, combining everything together
- Stir in any remaining sauce from the marinated chicken to coat the noodles and vegetables.
- Season the chicken fried noodles with salt and pepper to taste. Toss everything together until well combined. Garnish with chopped green onions or cilantro, if desired, before serving.
