- 2 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- olive oil
- paprika
- garlic powder
- salt and black pepper
- potatoes
- fresh parsley
Instructions
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. In a bowl, combine the chicken thighs with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the chicken evenly with the seasonings.
- In another bowl, toss the potato cubes with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side down. Cook for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, flip the chicken thighs and add the seasoned potato cubes to the air fryer basket around the chicken
- Continue air frying for another 15 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the potatoes are golden brown and crispy. Cooking times may vary based on your air fryer model.
- Carefully remove the chicken and potatoes from the air fryer basket and transfer them to serving plates.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, for a burst of color and freshness.
