Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the Cauliflower: Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets, ensuring they are of relatively uniform size
  • Prepare the Coating Mixture:.In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  • Coat the Cauliflower:
    Dip each cauliflower floret into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off.
  • Bake:
    Roll the cauliflower in the Parmesan mixture, ensuring an even coating. Place each coated floret on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Lightly spray the coated cauliflower with cooking spray. This will help achieve a crispy crust.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender and the crust is golden brown.
  • Serve:
