Ingredients
  

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Drain and rinse the chickpeas thoroughly, then place them on a clean kitchen towel and gently pat them dry to remove excess moisture.
  • In a bowl, mix the olive oil, ground cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to create the seasoning mixture.
  • Add the dried chickpeas to the bowl and toss them in the seasoning mixture until they are well coated.
  • Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
