  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce

  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

  • 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine the thinly sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until it's browned. Remove the beef from the wok and set it aside.
  • In the same wok, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
