Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium tomatoes, diced

  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped

  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Juice of 1-2 limes

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Combine the diced tomatoes, chopped red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro in a bowl.
  • Add the minced garlic to the bowl.
  • Squeeze the juice of one to two limes over the mixture. Adjust the amount of lime juice to taste.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Start with a pinch of each and adjust according to your preference.
  • Gently mix all the ingredients together, making sure everything is well combined.
