Ingredients

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash the potatoes thoroughly and scrub the skin. Pat them dry. Cut each potato into wedges by first halving the potato lengthwise, then cutting each half into wedges.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the seasoning mixture.
  • Toss the potato wedges in the seasoning mixture until they are evenly coated.

  • Arrange the coated potato wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet, leaving space between them to ensure even cooking.
  • Bake the potato wedges in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Then, flip each wedge using tongs and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the wedges are golden brown and crispy
  • If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the potato wedges during the last few minutes of baking. This adds extra flavor and a cheesy touch.
  • Once the potato wedges are cooked to your desired level of crispiness, remove them from the oven and serve immediately.
