Ingredients
  

  • ketch up
  • soy sauce
  • rice vinegar
  • brown sugar
  • pineapple juice
  • water
  • cornstarch
  • porkloin
  • salt
  • vegetable oil
  • bell pepper red, green
  • onion

Instructions
 

  • In the same wok or skillet (remove excess oil if necessary), stir-fry the bell peppers and onions for about 2-3 minutes until they are slightly softened.
  • Pour the prepared sweet and sour sauce into the wok with the stir-fried vegetables. Add pineapple chunks as well. Allow the sauce to simmer and thicken for about 2 minutes.
  • Gently add the fried pork back to the wok, tossing everything together to coat the pork with the sweet and sour sauce.
  • Transfer the sweet and sour pork to a serving dish. It's best enjoyed immediately while still warm.
  • Serve the sweet and sour pork over steamed rice or cooked noodles for a complete and satisfying meal.

  • You can adjust the sweetness and tanginess of the sauce by adding more or less brown sugar and rice vinegar, respectively.
