Ingredients
  

  • lobster tail
  • unsalted butter
  • garlic
  • lemon juice
  • salt and black pepper
  • fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat.
  • Use kitchen shears to carefully cut the top of each lobster tail shell lengthwise, exposing the meat while keeping the tail intact. Gently pull the meat out of the shell, leaving it attached at the base. Place the meat on top of the shell.
  • In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. This will be the flavorful marinade for the lobster tails
  • Brush the lobster meat with the prepared butter marinade, making sure to coat it evenly.
  • Place the lobster tails on the grill with the meat side facing down. Grill for about 4-5 minutes, basting occasionally with more of the marinade.
  • Carefully flip the lobster tails over using tongs. Grill for an additional 4-5 minutes, basting with the marinade as needed. The meat should be opaque and cooked through.
  • Transfer the grilled lobster tails to a serving platter.
  • Sprinkle the lobster tails with chopped fresh parsley for a burst of color and added freshness.
  • Serve the butter-grilled lobster tails with additional melted butter on the side for dipping. Pair them with your favorite side dishes for a luxurious and memorable meal.
