  • Line a baking dish or pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides. This will make it easier to lift the fudge out once it's set.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter.
  • Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
