Ingredients
  

  • cooked sushi rice
  • sushi-grade raw fish
  • soy sauce
  • sesame oil
  • rice vinegar
  • honey or brown sugar
  • grated fresh ginger
  • green onions
  • sesame seeds
  • Avocado, sliced
  • Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • carrot
  • Edamame beans
  • Mango, diced
  • Radishes, thinly sliced
  • Microgreens
  • Nori seaweed, cut into strips
  • Pickled ginger

Instructions
 

  • Cook sushi rice according to package instructions or use pre-cooked rice. Divide it among serving bowls to form the base of each poke bowl.
  • In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey (if using), grated ginger, green onions, and sesame seeds to create the poke marinade.
  • Add the cubed raw fish to the marinade and gently toss to coat the fish evenly. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
  • Place a portion of marinated fish on top of the rice in each serving bowl.
  • Arrange the avocado slices, cucumber, carrots, edamame beans, mango, radishes, nori strips, pickled ginger, and microgreens or sprouts around the fish.
  • Choose your preferred sauce or a combination of sauces to drizzle over the poke bowl for added flavor
  • For an extra burst of flavor, sprinkle Furikake seasoning over the poke bowl.
  • Serve the poke bowls immediately, and mix the ingredients together before enjoying the delicious medley of flavors and textures.
