    Ingredients
      

    • beef sirloin
    • oyster sauce
    • soy sauce
    • cornstarch
    • water
    • vegetable oil
    • garlic
    • gingeer
    • bell pepper
    • carrot
    • salt and pepper
    • mushroom
    • white rice
    • broccoli florets
    • sesame oil
    • onions

    Instructions
     

    • In a bowl, mix the thinly sliced beef with soy sauce and oyster sauce, ensuring it's well coated. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
    • In a separate bowl, make a cornstarch slurry by dissolving cornstarch in water. Set it aside.
    • Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat until it starts to smoke.
    • Add the marinated beef to the hot wok and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until it is browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness.
    • Remove the beef from the wok and set it aside.
    • In the same wok, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil and heat it over high heat.Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
    • Toss in the sliced bell peppers, broccoli florets, carrot, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender yet still crisp.
    • Return the cooked beef to the wok with the vegetables, combining everything together.
    • Pour the cornstarch slurry over the beef and vegetables in the wok.Stir well to coat everything with the sauce, allowing it to thicken and cling to the ingredients.
    • Add sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish, if desired.Serve the delicious Beef Stir-Fry over cooked white rice or noodles, and enjoy the delightful flavors and textures.
