Ingredients
  

  • cremora powder
  • vanilla extract
  • boiling water
  • granulated sugar
  • sugar

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed tennis biscuits and melted butter. Mix well until the crumbs are evenly coated.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch (23 cm) tart or pie dish, creating an even layer. Use the back of a spoon to smooth the surface.Place the crust in the refrigerator to chill while preparing the filling.
  • In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the Cremora powdered creamer and boiling water until it forms a smooth and creamy consistency. Let it cool slightly.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar together using an electric mixer until light and fluffy.Add the vanilla extract and continue mixing until well combined
  • Gradually add the Cremora mixture to the butter and sugar mixture. Beat on low speed or gently whisk by hand until everything is well combined and the filling is smooth.
  • Pour the creamy Cremora filling into the chilled biscuit crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  • Cover the tart with plastic wrap or a lid and place it in the refrigerator.Allow the Cremora Tart to chill for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to set and develop its delightful creamy texture.
  • Before serving, dust the top of the Cremora Tart with ground cinnamon or grated chocolate for an extra touch of flavor and decoration.
