Instructions
 

  • Rinse sorghum grains thoroughly and soak them in water for 24 hours.Drain the soaked sorghum and spread it on a clean surface to sprout slightly.
  • Grind the sprouted sorghum into a coarse flour.
  • In a large pot, mix the sorghum flour with water to create a thick mash.Heat the mash over low heat, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
  • After 30 minutes, strain the liquid from the sorghum mash using cheesecloth or a fine mesh strainer.
