Mango chutney is a simple recipe to make and this article will feature the items needed in making it, what it can be served with, special utensils used and most importantly the steps involved in making it.
Mix sugar and vinegar in a large pot and boil. Stir while you boil till the sugar dissolves.
Add the rest of the ingredients to it and leave it to simmer till it becomes like a syrup and thickens. Stir once in a while
When it is ready, pour it into a clean hot jar and leave about ½ inch of space between the chutney and the lid of the jar.
