Ingredients

cardamom powder

cup
cold water or yogurt whey

tbsp
rosewater
Instructions
Put two cups of cold curd into a deep bowl. If your curd is sour, you would have to add more milk and sugar.
Beat it with a whisk or mixing rod till it becomes smooth.
Add four tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of saffron or a teaspoon of rosewater.
Add ¾ of a teaspoon of cardamom powder.
Whisk all the ingredients together till the sugar dissolves.
Add one cup of cold water or yoghurt whey to the mixture.
Add more water depending on the consistency you prefer.
