Plantain chips is a common and easy snack made fromvery thin slices of plantain. Plantain chips is enjoyed by many peopleas it is a tasty snack. It can also be eaten at any time of the day.
Peel and thinly slice plantain chips and put them into a bowl.
Heat up some oil in a skillet to about 350-375 degree celcius.
Put the plantain chips one by one into the heated oil.
Turn over the plantain chips continuously as you fry them.
When they brown, remove from the oil onto a plate lined with paper toweland blot excess oil with another paper towel. Season with some salt.
Let it cool down totally before you serve so that they can be crispy.
Brush over the plantain chips with some honey. Enjoy!
