HOW TO PREPARE EGG STEW

Egg stew is a really simple and tasty stew that is combined with a number of foods for lunch times and dinner as well.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tomatoes
  • 1  tin tomatoes
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp powdered pepper
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 1 tbsp ground ginger
  • Dried smoked shrimps optional
  • Vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Chop onions and tomatoes onto a plate.
  • Wash dried shrimps, break head and tail off, further break into smaller pieces and put on a plate.
  • Put a saucepan on fire and pour vegetable oil into it.
  • Add your chopped onions and tomatoes and stir.
  • Add your tin tomatoes, salt and powdered pepper and stir.
  • Now add the crushed garlic and ginger and stir.
  •  Let it cook for a while.
  • Add the dried shrimps and stir
  • Break the eggs first into a bowl and beat it.
  • Add it to the stew on fire and leave the eggs to form. Stir after they have formed and let it mix well with the stew.
  • When it’s ready, remove from fire and serve.
