Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup salted peanuts
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • salt
  • onion
  • tomatoes
  • green bell pepper
  • 2 pounds beef
  • Cooking oil

Instructions
 

  • Chop your onion, tomatoes and green bell pepper onto a plate.
  • Slice your beef into desired sizes on a chopping board, put into a bowland set aside.
  • Blend the peanuts, cayenne pepper, onion powder, ground ginger, garlicpowder and a little oil together in a blender until smooth
  • Pour the blended mixture unto the sliced beef in a bowl and mix well.
  • Keep in the fridge for about an hour to allow the spices to infuse intothe beef.
  • Arrange the beef and chopped onions, tomatoes and green bell pepper onwooden skewers.
  • Charcoal grill and turn over from time to time till it’s done.Fireshould be regulated to avoid burning the beef. It can also be done in the oven.
  • Serve onto a plate.
