Neat fufu is cassava, cocoyam, yam and plantain that have been processedinto flour to make it convenient for fufu lovers to eat fufu with little stress
Pour some of the fufu flour into a bowl and mix thoroughly with wateruntil it becomes a smooth paste.
Put a saucepan on fire and pour the mixture from the bowl into it.
Stir consistently with a long wooden spoon till it starts becomingthick. Then knead.
Let it be on fire for about 15-20 minutes and taste to see if it isready to eat. You will know it’s ready to eat if you don’t taste the raw flour.
If it’s ready, knead a little more and serve.
