cassava fish

garlic

scotch bonnet pepper

ground ginger
small onion
Salt (to taste)
tomato
lemon (juiced/squeezed)
Instructions
Cut the cassava fish into smaller sizes as you prefer amd wash withwater and juice of lemon.
Put a saucepan on fire. Put the fish into the saucepan, chop the onionsand add to the fish.
Add salt, tomato and a little water.
Let it simmer for a while.
Blend garlic, scotch bonnet pepper, tomato(removed from saucepan onfire) and ginger in a blender.
Pour through a strainer into the saucepan with fishand add some water to it.
Let it cook on fire for a while.
Serve when ready.
