Equipment

  • blender
  • Strainer

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cassava fish
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 scotch bonnet pepper
  • 1 ground ginger
  • small onion
  • Salt (to taste)
  • tomato
  • lemon (juiced/squeezed)

Instructions
 

  • Cut the cassava fish into smaller sizes as you prefer amd wash withwater and juice of  lemon.
  • Put a saucepan on fire. Put the fish into the saucepan, chop the onionsand add to the fish.
  • Add salt, tomato and a little water.
  • Let it simmer for a while.
  • Blend garlic, scotch bonnet pepper, tomato(removed from saucepan onfire) and ginger in a blender.
  • Pour through a strainer into the saucepan with fishand add some water to it.
  • Let it cook on fire for a while.
  • Serve when ready.
