Barbecue is not such a complicated thing, as a matterof fact, it is quite easy once you have the required utensils, meat and spicesyou need.

  • Barbecue grill
  • Tongs
  • Barbecue brush


  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp powdered pepper
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • carrot (chopped)
  • Celery (chopped)
  • Beef


  • Smear some cooking oil all over the beef and mix all thesedry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Smear some of the mixed spices all over the beef and set aside for sometime. (45 minutes – 1 hour).
  • Put some charcoal in the grill and light it withmatches, let it heat up.(on medium heat)
  • Put the grill mesh over it and use your tongs to pick the beef and putit on the grill mesh.
  • Add a little oil to the rest of the dry spices in a bowl and use a barbecuebrush to dip into the mixture and brush over the beef, front and back. (Do thisif you want to add more of the spices).
  • Turn over from time to time till it browns and is ready to remove fromfire.
  • Serve onto a plate and garnish with some vegetables(onions, carrots, celery).
