DELICIOUS RICE PORRIDGE RECIPE.

Rice is a common meal eaten by many in Ghana. It formspart of most of our daily meals. Rice can be turned around into different formswhich can be eaten for breakfast, lunch and supper, depending on what form itis in.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of rice
  • 5 cup  water
  • salt
  • Sugar optional
  • Milk

Instructions
 

  • Pour five cups of water into a saucepan, add pinch of salt and put onfire.(You can add more water depending on the consistency you prefer).
  • Measure one cup of rice into a bowl and wash.
  • Drain the water from the rice and add to water on fire.
  • Stir and leave it to boil till rice soaks water and cooks.
  • When it is finally ready, serve and add sugar and milk as you want it
