Pour your preferred amount of gari into a bowl.
Add sugar, groundnuts and water to it and stir.
Add your milk and stir.
Your gari is now ready to eat and you can add bread orbiscuit to it.
Gari is made from cassava that has been crushed, fermented and sieved into small pieces. These small pieces are then roasted or fried, and that’s when we get our well known gari.
