AKARA RECIPE (EASIEST METHOD)
Akara, popularly known as koose in Ghana, is a quicksnack that has been around for a long time now. It is sold all over with thewell- known Hausa koko. Akara is a Nigerian meal which is not only tasty butalso nutritious.

brown beans

red pepper
small onion
Salt
Vegetable oil
Instructions
Soak the beans in water overnight to soften it.
Wash the beans and blend with about 1/3 cup of water
Pour the mixture into a bowl and add salt, pepper andonion(onion and pepper must be chopped).
Mix everything together with a wooden spoon orelectric mixer.
Put oil on fire and heat it up.
Use a spoon or ladle to fetch the mixture in desired quantities and fryin the oil.
Turn over and allow each side to fry well to give youa golden brown appearance.
Remove them when ready using a draining spoon, drainany excess oil and serve.
