  • Mesh strainer

  • Ginger
  • Water
  • Sugar (optional)
  • Ice cubes


  • Peel the ginger and cut into smaller pieces.
  • Wash and put into a blender
  • Add some water and blend for some time till it all mixes well to becomeliquid.
  • Sieve the mixture through a mesh strainer into a container.
  • Add a little sugar if you want.
  • Serve in a glass and add ice cubes.



You can use warm water instead of cold water depending on what you prefer.
