DELICIOUS ROCK BUNS RECIPE

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g self-raising flour
  • 65 g margarine
  • 1  egg
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • Black currants (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Heat your oven at about 170 degrees.
  • Sift your flour and add margarine. Rub together till it mixes well andbecomes fine.
  • Add in your sugar and egg. Mix and add in your milk.
  • Mix together and finally add your black currants.
  • Set aside and grease your cake tins with a little margarine.
  • Form the mixture into small dough sizes to fit intoyour cake tins and put into your oven.
  • Bake rock buns for about 15-20 minutes, and check forthe desired brown colour.
  • Allow them to cool a bit when you remove them from the oven before youtransfer them unto your prepared tray or receiver.
