Instructions
Heat your oven at about 170 degrees.
Sift your flour and add margarine. Rub together till it mixes well andbecomes fine.
Add in your sugar and egg. Mix and add in your milk.
Mix together and finally add your black currants.
Set aside and grease your cake tins with a little margarine.
Form the mixture into small dough sizes to fit intoyour cake tins and put into your oven.
Bake rock buns for about 15-20 minutes, and check forthe desired brown colour.
Allow them to cool a bit when you remove them from the oven before youtransfer them unto your prepared tray or receiver.
