Beef sauce is mostly served in Ghanaian restaurant. It is best served with plain rice, spaghetti, and other cabohydrate foods. It can also be eaten raw.

  • sauce pan
  • beef shredder
  • mincer


  • 1 pound Beef minced
  • 2 pieces onion chopped
  • 1 piece red bell pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tbsp table salt
  • powdered pepper
  • ginger grounded
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • corn starch
  • cooking oil


  • First, slice the beef into thin strips and put in a bowl.
  • Next, spice the beef with salt,pepper,ginger andgarlic.
  • Chop your onions,carrot and green bell pepper onto aplate.
  • Mix a little corn starch with some water and setaside.
  • Pour some cooking oil into a frying pan and put onfire.
  • First, pour in the spiced beef into the oil and allowit to fry as you turn it over from time to time. Do this till the beef browns.
  • Next,add in your vegetables and stir.
  • Finally add your corn starch mixture to the pan andstir. Let it mix well and allow it to simmer for a while.
  •  Remove from thefire and serve with any dish of your choice.
