  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1/2 large ripe papaya
  • 1 cup ice cubes


  • Peel and slice bananas and pour into blender.
  • Peel, remove seeds of papaya and chopped into pieces.
  • Pour into blender.
  • Add remaining ingredients in blender then blend until smooth.
  • Place in fridge. Serve cold
