In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt. Mix them together until well combined.
Gradually add the warm water to the dry ingredients. Stir the mixture until it forms a sticky dough. You can use a wooden spoon or your hands for mixing.
Once the dough has come together, cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and let it rest for about 1-2 hours. This allows the dough to rise and double in size.
After the dough has risen, lightly grease the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker with olive oil or cooking spray. This will prevent the bread from sticking to the pot.
Transfer the dough to the greased pot and shape it into a round loaf. You can gently fold the dough over a few times to help give it a nice shape.
Place the lid on the pressure cooker and set it to the "Bake" or "Manual" mode. Adjust the cooking time to 45 minutes.
Once the cooking time is set, start the pressure cooker. The cooker will take some time to heat up and build pressure before the baking process begins.
After 45 minutes, carefully release the pressure using the quick-release valve. Use caution as hot steam will escape.
Remove the lid and check the bread for doneness. It should be golden brown on the outside and sound hollow when tapped on the bottom.
If the bread needs more browning, you can place it on a baking sheet and put it in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for an additional 10-15 minutes.
Once the bread is fully baked, transfer it to a cooling rack and let it cool for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
Enjoy your freshly baked bread!
