Ingredients
  

  • cauliflower
  • broccoli
  • red bell pepper
  • carrot
  • onion
  • vegetable oil
  • garlic
  • soy sauce
  • sesame oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the onion, bell pepper, and carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
  • Add the cauliflower florets and broccoli florets to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender and retain their vibrant color. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar (if using). Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables in the skillet.
  • Stir-fry everything together for another 1-2 minutes, ensuring the vegetables are evenly coated in the sauce. Taste and season with salt and pepper as desired.
  • Remove the skillet from the heat and transfer the cauliflower and broccoli stir fry to a serving dish. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions for added flavor and presentation.
  • Serve hot as a side dish or over steamed rice for a complete and satisfying meal.
