Ingredients
  

  • beef
  • beef broth
  • water
  • vegetable oil
  • celery
  • bell pepper
  • garlic
  • bay leave
  • worcesteshire sauce
  • cajun seasoning
  • sliced green onions
  • boiled eggs
  • hot sauce
  • spaghetti noodles

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced beef and cook until browned. Remove the beef from the pot and set it aside.
  • In the same pot, add the chopped onion, celery, and green bell pepper. Sauté until the vegetables become tender, usually about 5-7 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  • Return the cooked beef to the pot with the vegetables. Add the beef broth, water, bay leaves, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, hot sauce, and Cajun seasoning. Stir well to combine.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover the pot and simmer for about 1 hour, or until the beef becomes tender and the flavors meld together. Stir occasionally and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  • While the yakamein simmers, cook the spaghetti noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set them aside.
  • Once the beef is tender and the flavors have developed, remove the bay leaves from the pot.
    To serve, place a portion of cooked spaghetti noodles in a bowl. Ladle the beef and broth over the noodles. Garnish with sliced green onions and hard-boiled eggs.
